★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service! The staffs saw us like the air without entertaining us for measuring temperature, or helping us when we're in the shop. Then, the admin also tried to keep the good comments and posts in their Facebook page and they even deleted my post. My post were deleted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service every salesman, sales girl at Ipoh branch, looks lazy like don want to deal a business. Whataspp message no reply after read. No follow-up on our phone. If you guys don't wish to deal the business, please just close the shop. Ipoh not only yours furniture shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor Service. 1. I waited for 2 months to get my furniture. 2. No body really follow up though you give them a reminder.3. No consistent in their time delivery though they promised to deliver on that day. 4. Once delivered, that was not my furniture and it belong to someone's else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad service. The staffs are lousy. The driver and staff didn't update the appointment from their side, but ended up making us wait for more than 3 hours without any proper response. Just ignore our calls and giving false informations. And worst things, 2 of my wardrobes was broken during the transportation and fixing, their staff just kept quite for us to notice. I think if i didn't notice all that, they would have just ignore it. If your team and managements can't deal with customers, don't post out promos in fb or etc. Wasting our time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regretted never check Google review before buying from this place. I placed my order a month ago. They said the delivery time is two weeks from order date, but till date is it already one month. My order still haven't come. Worse is, one moment called said will send the next day, another few hours later called and said they made a mistake. My order still haven't arrive. I was wondering where the furniture were sent from??? Oversea??
As a customer, we had informed we can only accept delivery on weekend, but they told me no lorry during weekend, and 6pm also cannot send. I was like WTH?! I need to take leave to received my furniture?? Sales person said, driver deliver based on their 'planned route' and they only plan one day before delivery. This is your problem, but you cannot expect customer to fit in to your convenience. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM CALER HOME

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I place an order on may 2021. Until august 2021. The shop unable to deliver the item i purchased, their reason is because of the mco, while other store already started operating and deliver the item to customer, they still sleeping. Cancel my order with them and get my full refund. Bought with another shop, get it on the same day. Not recommend, cheap price but the quality and the service is worse.
