★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the reception was super rude, she made it seem as though I was troubling her, I had no small change to pay her, she ask me to walk around and find small change, and you have to understand I was in excruciating pain. Again after the Drs when I asked where the pharmacy is, she called me to go away in BM without answering my question. I was very dissatisfied with the receptionist. How can you be so impatient when working as the front of house. The only reason why I'm not giving a bad rating is because the drs there are really really professional and patient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to dental clinic at 9 am today. The nurses and staffs were friendly at the counter and was efficient in handling the patients. I waited patiently for my turn to see the dentist and went into the room after my name being called. The dentist did the routine check and said that I need get my scaling done badly. However, I was taken aback when she said I have to wait till September 2022 since the appointments are fully booked. As a I was concerned about my situation, I asked the dentist, is there any temporary solution for this and her reply was "wait till September , you have no choice" . She did not even bothered to listen to my concern. (I mean all of us don't come to clinics for fun tho?)
Well, I appreciate her approach of being direct but certainly not rude towards patients. I understand that they face many patients in a day, but at least a temporary solution or advice could have been provided.
