2x order 2x lambat. Tak ikut Delivery date yg telah ditetapkan.
Belikan untuk bagi hadiah birthday, expected akan di pos ikut "Delivery date" yg diberi. End up lambat juga pos. Jadi la Belated birthday gift. Sad.

2x slow orders 2x. Do not follow the delivery date that has been set.
Purchase for birthday gifts, expected to be mailed following the given "Delivery date". End up slow too post. So la Belated birthday gift. Sad.

Baju kurung can be had for RM100 (original price RM179). Cheap & beautiful here. If you are good at looking, you can find a delicious fabric shawl that costs RM59. Nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service sangatlah hancur. Email and mesej di Facebook tidak pernah reply. Whatsapp pun kelaut. Sangat lembab and tidak reliable. Tiada reply. Sudah 6 minggu tunggu tudung still tak sampai sekarang. Order 06/12/2021, Hari ini 15/1/2022 pun tak ada apa-apa.
Customer service is very ruined. Emails and messages on Facebook never reply. Whatsapp is over. Very humid and unreliable. No reply. It's been 6 weeks waiting for the hood, still not until now. Order 06/12/2021, Today 15/1/2022 there is nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so disappointed with the customer service. i bought online, deducted my money but the order didnt proceed. they didnt entertain my enquiry also saying that if money has been deducted, the order is successful. well, its not impossible if the website got issues, i didnt even get any invoice anyway. hmm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit disappointed going to the boutique in bangi. Almost every size you ask is not available. I don't know if the shop attendant really remember the stock status or just lazy to entertain customers. You should indicate at the hanger if the particular pattern is the last piece or something rather than have customers kept asking for the required size only to be told there's no more stock. ?♀️
