Had high hopes prior to dealing with them. but now it's safe to say it is the first and last time. i wish i can take away stars. but 1 star reflects the worst rating, hence they get that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This boutique not even worth 1 star. VERY BAD customer service in particular if you do pre-order. In the holy month of ramadhan, they don't even care to do business with honesty & basically ruin our mood for hari raya 2022.
