★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not friendly service! i requested was a belt replacement and a simple gearbox relubricate for my Kenwood a701a. I did ask them on availability before sending it over there but they said to bring it to them first to check and then had to pay rm 50 for nothing after they say "no spare part".
Why not check on availability of parts before bringing it all the way to the service centre ? What a joke and wasting my time !

they could source spares based on product codes on the rubber seals..
Tefal has chosen a good dealer to help in after sales service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor service.. Ambil masa 3 weeks no follow up from service centre even I call 3 times since I hantar my tefal iron 11/12/2021 until today 27/1272021 I called baru mention kena charge because the defect not under warranty..what the terrible service by this centre!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They work very professionally, they have repaired my water damaged camera Nikon D5300 and Nikon Lense 18-140mm excellently, they give me 2 weeks repair time but got it ready in 9 days. Camera was nicely packed with bubble wrap for pickup. Thank you. Very much happy with the services. Will suggest their services to everyone.
