β β β β β Couldnβt get past the inquiry stage. Customer service is non existent. It was like dealing with a circular defence in excel. Website stated call a number (or WhatsApp) for reservation and upon sending an inquiry for availability, was asked to check the website. After several back and forth messages the bottom line was they are fully book. Such arrogance. I guess they donβt really need the business. Will take it elsewhere.

β β β β β It's just 5 in the morning now and I'm sitting on my bed fully awake. The dogs nearby has been barking incessantly. Not sure why they barking but I just can't sleep anymore.
This hotel also lacks basic amenities like cupboard for clothes or adequate hanging places. There are no bedside tables so you can't keep anything important beside you.

β β β β β An overnight 3 day, 2 night vacation at Cameron Highland while staying at the Cameron Highland Retreat. I stayed with 9 people in the Rooftop Type 1 room where 2 rows of single bed mattresses are laid on the floor with clean white sheets, pillows and a comfy quilt. With temperatures dropping to 18 Celsius or less on rainy nights, using 2 quilts and 2 pillows was perfect for me. Just the right amount of comfy fluff and warmth.
This room is not recommended for anyone with physical disability as you will need to be able to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to it.
You have a view of the entry road, part of the parking lot, and a small portion of the delicate courtyard.
The room had plenty of power points, approximating 35 ports. So enough to share. And a mini fridge.
Our room came equipped with 2 toilets of decent size that were rather clean, with sufficient space to hang clothes and the towels we intended to use.
The kitchenette had plenty of tools for us to use to cook and drink with leisure. The kitchen was equipped with 2 small pots (1 rather dirty looking though), a kettle, plenty of cutlery, bowls, pots, and even complimentary 3-in-1 Milo and Nescafe sachets.
A downside is the walls and the ceilings are very dusty and cobwebs are fairly noticeable throughout the space. The room also doesn't come with complimentary towels. Towels can be rented for RM3 a piece. And no hairdryer to speak of or floor slippers.
