★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bersih. Mudah parking. Luas sesuai utk famili 12 org. Barang keperluan utk BBQ disediakan, arang bawak sendiri yer. TV Njoi. Iron without iron board. Tilam bantal mencukupi. 1 je tak best, water heater ada tapi air tak panas jd tpaksa jugak mandi air dingin.
 Clean. Easy parking. Spacious suitable for a family of 12 people. BBQ necessities are provided, bring your own charcoal. TV Njoi. Iron without iron board. Adequate pillow mattress. 1 je tak best, there is a water heater but the water is not hot so I also have to take a cold shower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, close to Tanah Rata town itself (where lots of eateries, Starbucks, post office etc are. Also attraction like Agro Technology Park MARDI, Golden Hills night market are just a 5 mins short drive away).
Despite being close to town, it is located in Kampung Taman Sedia which is a lush village surrounded by small vegetable patches which provides unique tranquility and sweet morning walks. There are small scale strawberry farms operated by the villagers, complete with cafes. You can even have strawberry picking experience.
The owners are Muslim, very friendly family.
