Die Back to Nature Tour gibt einen guten Überblick: Nebst einer Fahrt zum Mossy Forest und einer kurzen Wanderung Richtung Mount Brinchang stehen Besichtigungen der Teeplantagen, einer Schmetterlingsfarm und wahlweise einer Erdbeerfarm auf dem Programm. Tour-Guide Elan weiss viel über Pflanzen und Tiere zu erzählen. Hinweis: Seit 1. März 2019 ist der Besuch des Mossy Forest kostenpflichtig, die Weiterfahrt zum Mount Brinchang Peak nicht mehr möglich. Man kann stattdessen die Umgebung auf einem kurzen Spaziergang erkunden.

It's a very fun trail and it's recommended to be one of main activity for family trip in Cameron Highlands.

Despite all the good reviews, our experience with Cameron Service was a lousy one. Rani did not give us the good vibes when she made no qualms about making my family and I wait for her for a good half hour outside their agency, without apologies. Then, she treated us like cash cows. Not only did she lack the patience to explain about her tours properly, she was quick to dismiss us once new tourists came in to do the bookings. She told us, "You are here to do bookings, if not, go outside and discuss." But she had another desk and we had but talked with her for 10 minutes. We decided to stay on as we had waited long enough to engage her and still wanted to engage their service. I explained to her that we would only take a while as we were keen and sincere to book their tours but there were too much changes to their tour packages and I needed some time to rediscuss with my travel partner about our travel plans and expenditures. The tour packages she advertised online were very different from what she offered us on the spot, which threw us back. Many locations were taken out with not much changes to the price. She got offended when I consulted other tour agents about similar trips at her office. I can't help that she must eavesdrop the conversations and then get all emotional and dramatic about it. You have to be more professional about this madam. It is only normal for a tourist to consult many tour agents before making a final decision. But she got offended with us decided not to do our business. Although we apologised to her about it, her ego was too big to accept. She did not serve us well, for whatever reasons. I am not a difficult customer and was very much looking forward to have them for my family trip at Cameron Highlands as I had believed that they can deliver. That was the whole reason why I was accepting of her behavior. But she continued to provide very poor service. Her tone was bad. She was rude and showed us a black face like we owe it to her. She can't even promise an experienced tour guide, and was just tapping her pen against the receipt book, waiting for our money. It was really disappointing. Thanks Rani, because of you, we found better tour agents who were more willing to serve us and provide the same kinds of things you were offering, all at half your rate, if not lesser. It wasn't about the money though. It was your attitude.
