★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untrustworthy business. Worst customer service I've ever seen in Malaysia as a foreigner. They were so rude, first I bought a camera from them because the young guy convinced me and he was trying to be helpful, but I did not deal with the boss in the beginning. After I bought from them, everything changed. They became Soooo RUDE! I bought it because I did not even check google review about them! Their boss talks in a way that is Sooooooo rude!! sooooo rude! Then they cannot help you! That's how they treat customers who buy from them after I already paid. Another Camera shop nearby helped me and they have an outstanding customer service so I bought other camera accessories from them. If you want to buy an expensive camera, put your money in a shop where there are an outstanding welcoming customer service! Camera is everywhere but the customer service experience that makes the difference for us. Search well camera shops around before you buy. Don't do my mistake. Last time I go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saw the ads on BenQ screen. went to the store, met Jeff, very nice man with to the point attitude. He is honest and kind. I did a Trade-in program to get the screen and he has given fair price. when I asked about the extra gift (stated on the website), he said the promotion is done but he is kind enough to give me another extra gift that I think is better. after the Trade-in, I said I need the screen ASAP since I will be relocating out of the country, and he said he'll do his best. but unfortunately it got stuck in the warehouse untill my last day and he drove to the warehouse to get it and deliver it to me like he promised. I just regret never knew this shop sooner, otherwise I would buy my camera gear with Camworld.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to take passport size photos. Overpriced and terrible customer service. Especially from the chinese man. its almost like he does not like to have customers coming in to his shop. Really unhelpful. Never coming here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service / shop policy I’ve ever experienced! I went only to print out the passport photos for the family. Our photos were already configured as passport sized photos by a legitimate online service provider, so all we needed was just to print the photos.
We uploaded the photos onto the self service machine (Fuji Film) and when we went up to the counter to pick them up, they told us they want to charge us 10 times the normal price just because the photos look like they are for the passports! I told them they are not providing any value added service other than printing the photos and what’s on the photo is none of their concerns, but they insisted on charging us RM15 per photo (normal printing fee is RM1.5 per photo)!
We eventually ordered on Fuji Film’s online service and it only charged for printing the photos (+postage), so there is absolutely no good reason for them to charge extra based on the contents of the photos!
Outrageous! I would stay away from this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. I asked one staff there about a gopro bundle but i couldnt hear him properly so i asked him to repeat, he replied "i already told u jz now". I mean...what's wrong with this guy? Well i guess their business has made enough millions for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my daughter here to have her passport photo taken. Outlet manned by 2 staff who did not move although I was standing in the store waiting for some assist. When I asked for assistance, a Chinese man came over. Was very impolite and gruff with my 3 year old. Kept barking instructions at her. Needless to say, a child that age doesn't take well to a stranger being gruff. Made the whole episode very unpleasant. Would not recommend this place. Have read the other reviews ... perhaps I just got the wrong guy to attend to me.
