Professional, detailed, 5 stars customer service, competent, efficient, patient, super affordable price and 5 stars after service. Accommodated my last min appt request although they were super busy. The whole team were very helpful. They provided professional yet easy understanding consultations on every defects found. Patient in checking every corner of the house with equipments, even to the small bit of stains. No slacking, efficient. They also prepare very detailed reports within promise time. Very satisfied with the results. Many we tend to neglect the important of getting home inspection upon vacant possession. But this service definitely worth sen of it. Definitely will recommend to friends and engage them again in future :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sons hired them to make an inspection for their new condo that they just received the VP. As they are both overseas, they hired Canaan to do the defects inspection. I witnessed the inspection their staff did and was very impressed with their work. Though their inspection was based on CIS 2016, still it was pretty good work they did. CIS 2019 would be more better. They provided an report after a few days and this report was sent to the developer to fix all the defects. The developer cannot argue as this is a certified 3rd party inspection agency. Good job!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged Canaan for defect inspection (Peace-of-mind package) — and I must say they are professional and responsible in performing their work and handling their clients.
The report given was thorough. And they are helping to follow up with the developer for the defect liability for 2.5 months. Let’s see how well are they able to liaise with the developer.
Will definitely give them another review should the follow-up work is done well.
