My husband was late on the day of inspection but the PIC was still polite and understanding. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience working with Home Inspection to defect check my unit. Their communication is responsive, professional and very clear. You feel valued as their customer. They really work hard and efficiently. My defect checking was completed quickly and with incredible attention to detail. Every inch of my unit was analyzed and marked if needed and then I was given a briefing on what was found and marked.
Comprehensive pictures were taken and compiled in a nice PDF report with descriptions, all of which was done very quickly with no compromise in quality.
I highly recommend this service for defect checking!
