★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quiet, especially during this RMCO period, good social distancing practised. The food is good, especially the dry version of Bak Kut Teh. Fish balls are great too. Great soup for the normal version. Recommended to try this place out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother coming to this restaurant. They will just tell you that they have most of what you requested for sold out. Asked for you tiao, was told that it's sold out. The next table that came after us ordered for it and was served instead. First bak kut teh restaurant in Ipoh that ignores and refuses requests to add on soup. There are better outlets around with better portions, taste, price and service. Skip this place at all cost. Just drive to Ipoh garden Tsai Wah bkt for better options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new management took over from Heng Ahh Bak Kut Teh and change the name to Canning Garden Bak Kut Teh.
Tried both the soup and dried BKT. Soup BKT was very good. Nearly as good as the BKT in Klang. Had the vinegar pork feet. Was very good as well.
Recommended place for BKT in Ipoh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended. Best than I had in Klang. Fresh vege, fish ball, the soup nice with soft meat, pork intestine, pork stomach. Food clean and taste good. Dry pot little salty, taste good also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dry bak Kut teh is really nice and the pork intestines with sup is nice as well. Overall enjoyed it with my mum and the portion for us it just nice.
The 'leong char' chrysentenum tea is very nice and refreshing as well.
