★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a unit on Level 23(Block B) facing main road (maisson condo view) with extremely inconsiderate behaviour slamming doors, dragging furniture, running around, dropping things noisily on the floor day and night.
Around 10pm-1am almost every night, there are mat lajak/rempits who rev their motorbikes loudly at the park by Cantara West gate. They cause a huge disturbance to residents. I live on 22nd floor Block B facing Maisson... and even with my windows closed, i can hear it very loudly. Families are scared to use the park after dark because of antisocial behaviour from this rowdy lot.
The rempits from the budget govt ppr flats race along the main Ara dsara round road AGAINST the flow of traffic at night. Visibility is poor especially around corners. Very dangerous and the police don't do anything. The Cantara guards are scared of the rempits too.
Pools are small, very dirty and not maintained well. Plants by the pool are overgrown with giant ant infestation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CAUTION!!! DO NOT RENT CANTARA RESIDENCES UNIT SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS, YOU WILL REGRET. The landlord is sick. This grandma landlord is not serious about letting out her unit. She just wants to exploit the Tenant and collect Tenant’s personal data. Furniture in that unit are all lousy Fabric furniture. That is not premium furniture as she claimed. For her info, a premium furniture should at least come with Leather not those lousy fabrics.
