β β β β β It's like driving to your neighbour's house asking for a free car wash from their children.
The person running the WhatsApp is not on site, the people cannot really communicate with you so stick to the simple Wash & Vacuum which is very cheap! But I'd stay away from the Waxing and Polishing as they won't do a thorough job. We dropped the car off at 2:30pm, said it will take 3 hours, Whatsapp-ed us and said its ready.
We came back to the bunch of kids and 1 adult sitting around chatting and having snacks, and then they got up to tell me "oh we havent vacuumed yet & need to wipe the car too."
I think that speaks volumes for itself.
