★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place itself is a historic place where you can't get the story in other places in Malaysia. But too bad the management don't see it that way. This place is desperately need a major improvement.
I'm Malaysian but somehow going to this place is feeling like a total rip-off. I've expected to learn more about the story behind Mahsuri legend but ended up learning it more by google/wikipedia.
I know that they have Gamelan music group playing while entering the museum but at the moment we arrived, they were playing their phones instead of performing the Gamelan. LOL!
I don't know where the idea was coming from but playing a short film of Mahsuri on tv in the museum is not a thing that excite most people including me. Plus, it didn't came with dual language. Foreigners must feeling "defak they are talking bout!" (LOL again) If they can have theatre kind of performance will be much more interesting. Seriously, mini-theatre about legendary Mahsuri while visiting this place, cool right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They Say is an historical place. I went inside and nothing looked historical. Actually almost 40% of the small houses from inside of this attraction were shops where they try to sell things like small Spider-Man or superman.
And the price is a ripoff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U can get the original t shirt printing here, from what we was told by our tour guide..this one lady she doing all the ironing n printing of the t shirt and if u walk on the left side of the place there a shop selling all t shirt printing by her and u can get discount if u buy more ? and by the way.. Their toilet is clean i like ????thumbs up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No where else to go waiting for evening flight. Entry RM10 for Malaysian citizen adult. Toilet RM0.50 per entry, clean but with urine smell. Lots souvenirs shop and food stall within this complex.
Free car park. Fish pond on the entrance to welcome you, water very green do know when the last time they clean this pond. Clean surrounding. Good if you want to know the myth of Mahsuri. Near to airport. Worth to visit, not sure if value for money.

interesting about the place not just the legend but it showcasing on the Langkawi kampung life and the peoples activities century ago.
