★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth the money and overated. Pay rm200 to rm500 for 30min hair treatment services and was not willing to do mani and pedi even with a lot of still lounging around. Asked us to come early but took their own sweet time to start the service. Felt that it was rushed and half heartedly. Mind you, 4 of us came and did different hair treatments services. Maybe datin nina needs to do spotcheck more often at this branch. I personally preferred the experience at shah alam branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to get Full Selective Scalp treatment and classic manicure. Good news to those who’s looking for a hair salon with a good head and shoulder massage during wash session (although my sister didnt get one so the consistency - meh). Staffs are friendly and welcoming. The decor is decent. Lost 2 stars due to bad manicure experience and the overall cleanliness (esp the tools).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this branch should uphold the owner's name and brand, as we were quite disappointed with the services provided. Called in advanced to book for me, my 2 sisters, and our mom on Saturday.
The admin informed they're short on staff - 3 hairstylists and only 1 beautician available - fair enough.
Urged us to come early at 5.30pm so that the hair treatments can finish on time (on the web stated closing at 9, but was told they close at 8). So I was under the impression it was going to be a nice, pampering session - I was very wrong.
The staff seem unwelcoming and took so long to attend to us. Maybe they also assumed we are regulars and didn't bother to explain what are the options available. Suddenly they're able to do hair options for all 4 of us.
Serioxyl denser hair treatment and silky straight hair treatment (each rm210) was done in a very rushed manner. Both "completed" before the full hour. Shoulder and scalp massage was so-so; and most of the time was spent blow-drying our hair.
Couldn't cater to our request for a manipedi while waiting for the other 2 : Keratin treatment (priced rm750, used 30% birthday discount) and colour+hair treatment (rm 300++).
My sister claims the Shah Alam branch was so much more satisfying for her. I do hope you would improve in the future as to retain customers. We will search for another salon meanwhile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time here. But my hair was cut by junior hairdresser which I don't really satisfied. The price include wash and blow but she didn't wash my hair first. She just cut it and charge as per usual. Just because I seem easy doesn't mean you can entertain me this way. Your services should be consistent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE BEWARE OF SARAH!!! The front desk person for ampang outlet. She doesnt follow schedule, will give your slot to other people, rude and doesnt apologize. She will claim she had called u twice when there's clearly no record of missed call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for my first haircut and at first everything was good until about to finish.. the hairdresser told me it's done. But the leftover hair still got on my face and neck.. that was unpleasant to me
Maybe you should not rush your customer as they be payin for the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to go here regularly for a haircut. And stop going here after giving birth. Bt now i come here for a haircut with my daughter? we both had a great time. Service was smooth and excellent, from the hair wash to the haircut. I enjoyed the massage so much when they wash my hair ?♀️.and both hair stylists who cut my daughter’s hair and mine are great. They cut it with care and precise. Staff were friendly and services here are maintained well??keep it up girls?
