★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time. I did rebonding+cut+treatment and threading. Everything was great! The stylist who did my hair (Ritu?) really knows her stuff and listen to my instructions. She also made sure I was comfortable during the session. Threading was good too. Quick and painless. The staff was friendly and professional. The boss even treat me to shawarma for lunch. Thanks. I will definitely come back for my next haircut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a haircut. Jyothi saved my hair from Sarah. Jyothi is a very professional hairdresser and totally recommend her here. Sarah first serviced me, but she just don't understand what I want and she don't recommend me any hairstyles. I told her not to cut my length but she almost prepared to cut it until I stopped her.! She don't even wash and blow the hair well. The hair was still wet even after blow..jyothi was the one who blowed well. Honestly, sarah don't have experience in hair handling and management must take note! Hair is so precious to be given to people who don't have any experience.
But thank god jyothi did justice to it. She is super good and she did what I want. I didn't even tell much but she styled my hair well. You want to come out happily after a good haircut? Look for jyothi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to come here until 2 weeks ago the wax lady ripped my skin with her wax, did not apologize nor gave a refund, ruined my face. On top of that the hairstylist girls rob you blind. They will tell you the price according to their estimation of your net worth, every single time I went they increased RM 5 for hair styling. I paid RM 40 just to get my hair straightened. No price list, they tell you the price as they please. Unreliable, absolutely do not go. Really shame on this saloon.
