★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the company's pickup for a car wash, vacuum + wash - rm15, paid at the counter. After vacumming, proceeded to the car wash area, one Bangladeshi worker asked for rm20 more, I said I already paid, he said would give a receipt later, so I accepted. Upon finishing, I asked for a receipt to claim from my company. The fellow wrote over the receipt, rm20, but I paid him a total of rm35. So I demanded for a new receipt as I need it for accounting purposes and claim, they relunctantly try to persuade me and stall my time. I made my stand and went in to the shell counter, one guy came in and explained in Bangladeshi language to the counter guy, they printed out rm20 receipt. I said, I paid a total of rm35 not RM 20. (Rm15 + rm20). One Bangladeshi guy said 'gila ka' in surprise, and he went out and called the other guy to return me the balance. They returned me rm15 in the end. The total bill was rm20. Had I not requested for a new receipt, the dishonest guy would get away with rm15. Not that I'm fussy, I wouldn't mind giving him the extra rm15, but, be honest and get an honest wage! I had a terrible experience here and would never again come to carbuddy ss15! A word to management, please pay your personnel higher, so they don't resort to cheating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude worker. Try to lure me to sign up for their polishing service again that promise to remove minor scratches on car but didn't work. I politely say no since I have tried it before but the worker started scolding me that "Sekarang u nak bayar ke tak nak bayar, cakap betul betul". I am speechless, I came paying for basic car wash and he scolded me for not wanting to get my car polished?

My car still dirty and got alot of obvious stains after washing.
Paid for vacuum but still alot of dusts and sands for carpet so I need to clean it myself after that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and my girlfriend been washing cars and petrol refueling at SS15 Shell every month and over 8 years, and today something very bad happened to me, your washing car worker bangladesh bald man a bad attitude and scolds my girlfriend!?
Since we're ordered to wait in the car, can't let us come out...we are here to give money for this, not to be scolded and ordered by you. Whatever it is, please respect customers. There's something we can talk about, don't be too bad attitude! ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First day, took SUV in for a wash & vacuum. Vacuum was mediocre and the wipe down in the interior was done quickly and then I was ushered off to the next stage - the car wash. Same kind of treatment. Quick wash, spray, wiped dry-ish. I had to point out the sunroof wasn’t washed or cleaned properly. They had the cheek to ask me to be a member.
Next day took sedan for the same thing. This time only a mediocre vacuum, not interior wipe down. Then hustled off to the wash Dept. Same thing! This time I asked why they didn’t wipe down the interior. They said not their Dept. Supposed to be done at the 1st stage. I replied that the guy didn’t do it. Fortunately the younger fella said that he’d do it, and did. Then asked me to come again.
Not going there again. Might as well do it myself!
