★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our trip at Penang during 6 of March. Rented 2 Hyundai starex for 3 days. However we’re told that our refund of deposit of 1000 rm in 10 days. however until today we are still requesting for our deposit to be refunded.
The customer return the car as the condition they were rented, but they cheated our deposit.
Ignoring our calls and messages. Cheating customers deposit isn’t a righteous things to do business. This will cause a bad impact to their reputation. The deposit itself wasn’t a huge sum , but it’s able to see how responsible their Company deal with their clients.
Beware when choosing your right car rental company.

Takes full payment upfront but makes all sort of excuses to refuse returning the deposit after car is returned.
Not customer friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tell us at the beginning with new Hyundai Iconinc promise, but at the end switch to old car after we make a verbal deal. Overall good car quality and good service attitude. Feel sorry about deposit refund displeasure, although I think taking all Rm500 deposit is not reasonable.Thats all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best car rental in Malaysia. They are available in Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Ipoh. They provided very great service and reliable car while our family holiday in KL. Most important thing is they always on time when handover the car and return it after finish the rent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked an MPV for a holiday outing in July 2020. We approached the process with an open mind, having read some of the poor reviews on Google. However, the enquiry process with this Company was smooth, questions are answered promptly and with clarity, photos of the potential rental car shown via Whatsapp. My husband was happy to deal with a Mr Anthony over the phone and the car was delivered to our place punctually and in very good condition. Encik Ayob, the staff who handled the delivery and return of the car was professional, punctual and what's more, he went out of his way to deliver our kid's shoes that was left in the car after the trip. Furthermore, we received the refund of deposit within a week of returning the car. I think good staff makes a good company, so a big thank you again to Ayob.
This rental is very pleasant. We'll definitely book again next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented an MPV for 6 during family trip over Christmas weekend. Reserved and paid deposit for a Nissan Serena hybrid only to be offered a Toyota Innova 1 week prior to pickup.
Contacted the person-in charge Mr. Anthony mainly via voice calls to confirm booking and pickup details. My WhatsApp text messages to him were mostly unanswered despite being received and read by him. He had also agreed to send an updated invoice to reflect the changes in the vehicle booking but did not do so despite repeated reminders.
Nevertheless, despite the initial hiccups, he had the vehicle delivered as promised to the airport and even sent it an hour earlier as we had arrived on an earlier flight. The Innova was new, well-maintained, spacious, clean and was comfortable to drive in. The vehicle was also conveniently returned to the staff who came on time to collect it at our hotel. Our booking deposit was also refunded promptly via online bank transfer upon vehicle collection.
Overall, good vehicle maintenance and punctual staff. Communication with customer could be improved somewhat.
