★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Maybe i arrived to early so the staff is still tired since they sometimes work overnight. Come all the way from Perak to bought item. Got new long scratch on back door panel during they assemble the seat.
2. New rattling sound after they assemble my new car meter. I need to reopen the whole panel (meter and mmcs panel) and put it back properly to solve the rattling sound.
3. Upon re-clean the seat, found out got bolt not tighten properly that also contribute to a new sound.
So i went back from Shah Alam all the way to Perak with new 'music'. Spent around rm200 extra (petrol+toll) just to buy an item and another rm100 for labor charge (install seat+new meter). Aware about all that hidden cost but the main purpose actually im looking for reliable workshop that i can visit whenever i in KL. And also to support Bumiputra business. No discount asked even do i managed to get it cheaper. Sadly after this short experience, seems like i still need to look one next time.
Im giving 2 starts for workmanship but 5 stars to the staff that serve me on that day. Fix this and InsyaAllah you guys will be more success.
