apply for OKU card nearly 3 months, not ready yet....
seems like i'm back in d 70's where everything is done manually....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reached the JKM office at 2pm to apply for OKU card. The counter is located at Ground floor. The staff that was manning the counter was helpful and polite. Got the application form, was told to attach photocopy of NRIC and 1-Passport photo. We had to go to PKNS to get the passport photo. NRIC can be photocopied at Alam Sentral.
NOTE: There is no public parking at this building. Parking by the roadside and risk having your car tolled by MBSA. Paid parking available at Alam Sentral (next door). Anyways, JKM is moving to IDCC Shah Alam effective from 2-Mar-2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today went there to submit oku form.went to old building in bangunan Darul ehsan. It seems like they shifted to new building at IDCC sec 15 L ,many month back but still not updated in Google Map and google.we just dropped the form at box outside the office. No officers to attend for any enquiries there. How if blind and wheel chair using citizens go to old building with public transport and no one help them since no officers to assist in old building or new building.please remove old address from google and update new address as easy to all OKU citizens.
