Friendly and accomodative colleagues, supportive and understanding superiors, contributing to an empathetic and nurturing working culture. It is also collaborative as there are consistent team meetings to ensure team engagement despite working from home, and team buildings are held monthly. In terms of workload, it can range from chill to overwhelming, depending on the season of the year. Lastly, there are still area of improvement in their internal system and database.
