★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered health food n etc from them via WA. They were v responsive & helpful with my multiple queries about shipping frm JB to SG. Ordered & paid on 6th, they dispatch my order on 7th and i received order on 11th. Even gimme membership points to my account! (10th was a PH in SG.) Items came in good condition. V happy customer with Carings becoz they are always there for u. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While we are unable to visit JB, we are still able to order our prescription medicine from Caring via WhatsApp. There is usually a shipping promo so its only an additional 30 RM to top up for DHL which takes 2 days to arrive. Fast response and expiry date of purchased medicine is reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been visiting this store for the last few years but when covid19 hit I limited my travels. So I ordered from this caring outlet... they were fast to respond and coordinated my order. I received my package within 1 week. It was a little dented but the contents still okay. Maybe more padding next time?

I am very pleased with their services; ever-willing to advise the efficacy of each supplement and are very prompt & courteous with their response!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad is a frequent visitor at this branch for his healthcare supplies. Because of Covid, he was not able to visit JB. Finally, I found Caring Pharmacy offers the whatapp option for shipping to SG. That's a great relief.
I contacted via WhatsApp and the staff usually replied within a day. Information is clearly communicated to me eg. Helped me to order my requested items from supplier when it is out of stock and gave me a detailed quotation on prices and shipping charges. I completed my order & paid on 5 Aug via online fund transfer.
My order was shipped on 11 Aug and there is a link provided to me for parcel tracking. I received my order on 15 Aug. My dad was able to continue to earn his membership points in Caring App too. My dad is very glad that his healthcare supplies are replenished in time for his use and Caring Pharmacy to offer overseas shipping this difficult period. We will continue this option if travel to JB is not possible.

Its prices are fair and they have a wide variety of supplements, vitamins, off the shelf medication, hygiene products, toiletries, shampoo n bath accessories etc. The outlet is quite extensively stocked and there is a slight space constraint. Locating your item may pose a small issue but the staff are helpful and always ready to lend a hand. Prices are good and very competitive in comparison with all the other pharmacies in the vicinity. The tall Chinese male pharmacist is both well informed (in terms of stock) and very helpful. Counter staff are also very polite. NOTE - There is a SPECIAL “POINTS” SCHEME for items purchased which allows for FURTHER DISCOUNT on products. It’s a good pharmacy.
