★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can try all the Tester like crazy people, hahaha. Staff won't even bother, you can go round and round all you want, and you can console with staff about drugs/medicine that you wanna buy which helps you understand better on how to consume properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a review to the rooftop Watsons in JBCS in 6th floor. Inexperienced staff, slow, not customer oriented and the store item has misleading price tag. When presented with voucher, the staff said my voucher can only be used with Watson brand item. So I cancelled some of my purchase as I was intended to use the voucher. After payment, I find out one item was charge different from the price tag, they said the price tag was for other item. But why put the item on top of the price tag? Even the receipt name has the same name as the one in price tag. So I asked for a refund as it was a 50℅ different, and guess what, the staff asked me to wait and she went in to the back store to eat and left me waiting outside. They keep me waiting until I literally walk to the store door and stare at them. At last the other guy put down his paperworks and attend to me for a refund, it was a real quick process, just within a minute. But they keep me waited for at least 10 minute. I was there for payment 10.45am in the morning and the store was empty. I have to spent 30 minutes in front of the counter for all this hassles. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. REFRAIN FROM THIS WATSONS. AND MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ITEM PRICE CORRECTLY BEFORE YOU WALK OUT OF THE STORE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just buy a few item,and 1 of staff (Chinese) and cashier name Diana tell me about every suggestion,and about member card.I forgot,to bring my member card actually,but she say for next time just take a photo behind of the member card can already.Thank Diana,make me good experience and stay safe for all of you.Will come again soon..
