★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very shady deals . Make sure u get a proper drawing before u do the payment . Promise u heaven but u end up the opposite . When dealing they are just too sweet and convincing but beware.. in between they will add up some costs and tell u it is necessary. When u decide u dont want the additions.. be prepared for ur work to be cut down and still end up paying the same . Will never recommend to anyone but enemies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very happy with Carolla. Their ideas and workmanship were suitable for us . Earlier, I had to postpone the cabinets' installation a day before the agreed date. They were very accomodating, bearing in mind the circumstances of the request.

This is my 2nd time using Carola Kitchen as my entire home cabinet solution provider and very happy both times with the final deliverables. Pricing is very reasonable too.

Unprofessional:
- so-called customised service but a lot of restrictions eg: the masterpiece dimension is fixed and requested us to adjust our built-in light in order to cater the masterpiece size.
The worst workmanship:
- suspected the cabinet pieces are old as there are quite of number of pits and scratches found.
- The drilling holes look disaster. Even Ikea can do better than them.
- their sifu accidentally hit and spoiled our slide door during installation. NO APOLOGIZE and we have to pay another RM 300 + to fix the door .
- top glass of the study table extremely not fit , there is 1- 3 cm deviation with the table. Again, so- called customised service?
Disappointed aftersale service : "YES" and "POSSIBLE" man before full payment, "ALL IS LIKE THAT ONE" man after full payment. Oh ya, they will request you to settle the payment the day before they came for the installation.
Don't understand how the high rated review comes from. But we will NEVER NEVER NEVER appoint any service from them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bryan have been my go to guy over the years for both of my houses for any major to mini cabinet work. One thing I like especially is that they won’t turn down small work too!
From the many quotations that I’ve always gotten over the years before I start any of cabinet work, they have consistently came up with the best price.
Based on my experience, installers of the cabinet that show up at my place over the years has always been one of their own family member which I thought was great as they can communicate well with me and bryan and also directly to their own production factory.
Keep up the good work Bryan :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dreading to write a review for the service given by carola kitchen (puncak alam) since few weeks ago. now i have reached my limit and decided to give it a go since my experience with them is so frustrating.
1. when i first visited the show room (around 10th february 2022), the staff said they can complete my order (kitchen cabinet) before ramadhan confidently. up until today my mom's kitchen is still not finished. weird somehow, the construction work done by the indonesian worker was much faster compared to this.
2. there was no news regarding the installation. when i asked for update then only i was informed that the installation will be delayed due to covid case at the factory. (dah la memang dah lambat).
3. thirdly, they promised to install the cabinet on monday and tuesday (28th and 29th march 2022), today is 30th, it is not finsihed yet.
4. the person whom i met and noted my request is different from the so called designer, in the end, i didnt get the dish rack that i requested, the pull out bin and ketchup basket installed wrongly.
5. the worker actually broke the newly installed fan in the kitchen. hope i can get refund for this. so ridiculous they managed to break things that are finished by other people while failing to finish their job properly.
i was considering to hire them for my study room and cabinets at my work place, but i guess that's not gonna hapoen now.
nobody in the house is happy with the work done and we just hope this will be over soon.
