They explained the procedures to me clearly and quickly fetch me a technician. Technician arrived within an hour which is fairly quick and did the job splendidly. Got me back on the road in no time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called at 804pm, they managed to secure service for me at 10pm. Long waited but no choice . Limited technician around . Came 1015 until 1115pm to get my car replacement battery for both. Could have been faster instead of 2hrs waiting time. Live chat is friendly and helpful. Humble technician - Nathan . Overall managed to help me at night :)

Price is definitely reasonable. Excellent….but do improve on the ‘quick reach to destination’ service. Usually 30 mins of waiting is reasonable. Thank you for your service!

Today, the process is more structured and ensures even a higher degree of accuracy for their response. Ordering in the app is very easy, and expect a call back very shortly to talk you through the situation, type of assistance, location, pricing and all. Very little room for error which is a plus in my book. Pricing is competitive and very reasonable. I won’t bother asking anyone else. They have my order history and there is continuity in service. Very satisfied customer.
