★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down to one of the best tyre shop around Klang Valley. It came to my surprise that they practices not using pressure gun but instead a torque wrench. Well this is very crucial especially for rims that comes with special nuts. Sent my car last Saturday for a new set of tyres change and what can I say more that the whole process was at ease. I've visited quite a number of other tyre shops but most of them failed to do a proper alignment but this shop with only one attempt managed to get my tyres aligned. For those out there who are seeking for shops to get your tyres changed / service do drop by to Wing Hing Auto, its highly recommended ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in need of a tire that's not too expensive for my mom's second car (waja). Only used for emergencies. Went to this shop bcs of the great reviews on google. And indeed, they really helped me. Gave me an option for a second hand tyre only for RM 60. Will definitely repeat coming here. Awesome service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and professional service. Really care of the tyres, wash the rims and commensurate for the price paid. Charged the same amount quoted, and the brand carried gives you a peace of mind. Take into attention customers feedbacks and concern. Managed to fix an error that not detected even by the service center (loose nut). Got a waiting lounge which is pretty convenient too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worker not properly trained or know how to carry out all the proper steps on the alignment machine to do a proper alignment. This particular worker was maybe too lazy or try to get job done in a short cut manner. Car was even not parked properly n positioned in a straight line when driven up on the alignment machine. Worker even told me that only the rear wheels needed to be adjusted while on the alignment machine and the front toe-in in ensuring a straight steering wheel only be done manually adjusted according to ' his human-feeling' when he test drives the car later. What's the use of this alignment machine then? If the front tyres are also not properly calibrated n adjusted as per the guidance from the alignment machine? The worker is either just too lazy to adjust all wheels properly or he is not properly trained to know how to carry out all the proper steps on the alignment machine in order to achieve a good result. Very disappointed with such procedure practiced. This post is just to warn new customers as short cut manner can be sneaked-in but shop still charge full price. Expertise n training of workers need to be improved.
