★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit to Cartier Pavillion was nice, serve by a representative Sxxxxx and really give a nice service. Looking for Cartier Tank Must and unfortunately there's few brand to be decide so we manage to have a walk away and do a survey. Yesterday make a call Cartier Pavillion and check for stock ability, a representative xxxni received the call, i was shock when she question back us WHY YOU DON BUY AT YOUR 1ST TIME VISIT! wow, that really like all the client walk in for the first time have to buy or else don's ask when the stock will be able or ......
I was really speechless and yes i know the watch i checked is just a beginner level from Cartier watch series. Doesn't mean that we should get a responded from you so rude! That's totally no respect your client who really interested on Cartier product! If Malaysia not only have 1 Cartier boutique, i will definitely NOT WALK IN anymore !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spontaneously wanted to walk in to look at a watch I want to buy. Security guy was very unfriendly and let me wait outside for long time. Asking how long I have to wait was again answered unfriendly with a "I don't know". The shop did not look busy at all. I expect a better service from Cartier and will not do any business here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won't be a great experience without Miss Ling May. Walked in and greet horribly by a sales woman who doesn't seem to be interested in making conversation, I was keen on purchasing the Tank Must but then all I get was ignorance and non eye contact with words like "Oh we don't have stock and you have to wait".
Luckily, I was then served by Miss Ling May who show interest and we connect immediately. She then offered me drinks and then told me I can get my watch by putting down deposit. This sparkle my interest immediately. This is how a genuine sales staff should do. Eye contact and keen to do business.
If it wasn't for Ling May I would just walked out of the boutique.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expected service, friendly and relaxed as I’ve spoken to the assigned SA and made an appointment. However, it ends there after payment. Box in the bag. That’s it. While I’m a ‘no frills’ person and find it hard to be fussy, I’d expect everything to be at least, up to the standard. Most of my Cartier are purchased overseas (and it’s not a monthly habit but a collection over the years!) but the presentation of the boxes have never changed. It’s disappointing to have to bring up the most basic but I do think it’s necessary because I’m sure some will agree, no matter what, every purchase should be as exciting as the first one!
