β β β β β Customer service was good. Came in and staff offered to try some products on us which we obliged. Even served us tea and explaining the different product offerings.
I left with a bottle of parsley seed serum as the prices were cheaper than Singapore

β β β β β Itβs my first time entering the store after hearing so many good reviews about their products. The price is definitely up there but I have to say, the service was really nice! The staff was really kind and friendly. She guided us throughout the whole experience and even answered pretty much all of our questions. I am still pretty new to the brand but will definitely come again and purchase some of the products! ?

β β β β β Good service and well explanation. Got my first b triple c cream to try. Very pleasant result, it reduced my red scar spots that bothering me so long where few doctors have said that only laser would help on my scar. But now I found a product prove it works!

β β β β β One of the smaller Aesop stores but nonetheless one of my go-tos.
Fully stocked: staff was keen to explain their products based on your concerns. They will recommend the suitable products, and are not pushy either.
They will always provide samples with each purchase.
I especially love their scents!
