★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rather old apartment at Melaka Raya, along Jalan Syed Abdul Aziz, near Hatten place. It is directly opposite Amigo restaurant. It is guarded with security. There are both indoor and covered car park. You would need access card to get into the lift and apartment unit. It is rented out as homestay for tourists. There are studio room, as well as 3 bedrooms units. There is a children playground, but no swimming pool. It is at Melaka Raya, easily accessible to many restaurants and eateries nearby. There are many massage places nearby too. If you have transport, then it is very easy to travel to other part in city like Jonker street, Mahkota parade, Dataran Pahlawan and Kota Laksamana. Although it is old, it is still ok to consider staying here as it is very convenient to travel around
