โ โ โ โ โ Went there last week. Unit is well maintained. I love how the security gives good privacy, and good car park service. Even the building looks kinda old, and the market is stagnant, its value for money. But when i swum, the pool got lots of chlorine.

Looks old on the outside but some units are well renovated. Difficult to find food by walking but there is a 24 hour convenience store less than 1km away.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad service lah here. The pool still not open yet.. Come here with my kids 2times last month and this month. The owner make a bad rules. On Memo here cannot having animal but at here every afternoon i can see that untie with her dog sit at chair nearest pool. An also The hotel now open already thier pool for guest and kids only here so many excuses. Here get some issues cannot make property as homestay but i see here so many homestay at mutiara block. Please lah THE MANAGEMENT change your rules.

โ โ โ โ โ Friendly workers and very helpful. Place is clean. Fresh air and very breezy. Sundry 24/7 shop with cheap goods. Hawker center is a short distance away. Original coconut shake is nearby. The town is not far away.
