β β β β β The new guards are rude af tell them to respect riders not just respect the residence. And don't look down graded on delivery riders. If we want we can down grade the guards too... give respect take respect... even the pavilion hotel guards are much better and you guys not even half of it but being rude and show off as became news guards is too much . The guards were working before are much better and friendly.

β β β β β In terms of living environments apply and not in a hassle state of daily city ego and in a norm.
Note : The worst traffic junction at close Puchong centre. Specifically the out flow bottle neck constantly even on week end ( Sunday) during this pedamic season.

β β β β β 1. My daughter thought of buying a property here so we went to visit the site and gallery.
2. It looks like a nice beautiful neighburhood that is strategically close to Putrajaya.
3. However, my only reservation is that the distributor road is almost on par level with the adjacent flood retention pond and wonder what would happened if the rain water over flooded the boundary of the pond. It would have been comforting to see the distributor much higher level.
4.Well, property were selling like hot cakes when we were there so I don't think potential/owners care to hoots about it ... until a flash-flood occurs.

β β β β β I told The foreign guard that im visiting my children often. Can i just mention the hse no without getting d barcode frm my children. He said that i need to inform the road no. Without answering yes or no, he just gave me a entry card. I felt annoyed.
