The other female storekeeper was unpleasant / did not entertain customer that well. Poor communication skills perhaps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a simple bookstore, it is one of the most established in Subang Jaya over the years. I would say it has a wide selection of key school books and stationary. I find the husband and wife team warm, helpful and it is much easier and faster to ask them then search for specific books yourself. Parking is busy but there is always the road reserve.
