β β β β β Terrible Management. The ONLY ONE AND ONLY Casino in the world that don't even provide drinking water to their gambling customers. Starting from 31st May 2022, even own mineral water are not allowed to bring into the CASINO. Forcing customer to buy their mineral water which is 4-5 times the outside market rate. Hope the Malaysia government will issue another gambling license to others so there will be competition.

β β β β β For now You have to level 2 Sky Casino Couter before you enter the casino, if in case you have the card already you jz can go in, Best Place to relax with friends and family. Foods are available in cheap price before you go up to the casino (beside KK),.

β β β β β Was there yesterday and a regular. Few things pls improve. 1. Toilets at sky casino especially at night is full of cigarette butts and d tissue bin overflow. Toilet smelly. Guess ur night shift staff not working or understaffed. 2. Social distancing at Baccarat tables, NONE when its a winning table and happens at Genting Club as well. 3. No signage at entrance turning right into Skyworld leading to Skyavenue carpark when car park close. Have to turn right at carpark entrance & merry go round to d other Skyavenue car park which is quite far. People get lost. 4. Closure of bigger part of old casino segment and Gold room that was opened during CNY. Very little option and u expect people to stay at Maxims or GG but hv to walk to Sky casino. If d small area only open, most will stay in FW bcoz Genting club oso have limited slots and tables. 5. Hope E18teen & d heated pool vil reopen, great place to be at. 6. Increase ATM machine in Skycasino and improve maintenance of d kiosk, always faulty. 7. Skycasino Gold club always running out of RM 100 notes and dispenses 10 notes, WTH. 8. Fortune corner looks nice but food sucks. Only d pretty ladies is d reason I eat there & good service. Much better food at Good Luck, SC. TQ.

β β β β β You now need to have a Genting card to enter Casino. Good luck queueing. Queue line is about 50 - 100 pacs but only 3 - 4 counters open. Per person takes about 5- 15 minutes to handle. Genting Malaysia is really really hungry for your money now.

If you want to get new members card You have to need your time. We lined up to customer counter for an hour at Saturday.

β β β β β Genting Casino is Malaysia's only casino located at the Genting Highland hilltop where one could feel and see cool mountain air and Malaysian tropical rainforest while driving up to this resort casino. The casino itself it really big with all sorts of table games namely Baccarat , Sic Bo, European Roulette, Black Jack, Caribbean Studs, Texas Hold Em, 3 Card Poker and a host of other smaller games not forgetting the largest slot area in the entire South East Asian region. Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited in this casino and tipping is not allowed too. Casino area is well maintained and organized and social distancing are currently in practice during this post pandemic Era. With this in mind, the casino has actually introduced more self electronic gaming consoles to avoid over crowding which is best for the benefit of their customers while they play with a piece of mind. A recommended place to be to try your luck .
