★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I bought a car from them on 2018. Now I settle all the balance and want to get my vehicle registration card, they ask me check with bank. After I went to bank HQ, the staff told me they already pass the card to the dealer. Wasting my time go here and there and no response from the seller side!!!!!! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had buying a car in my life was at CASSA AUTO by a sales man called AH JUN. I went to view a car and agreed to purchase it. They asked for a deposit of 1000 ringgit and I gladly obliged and gave it to them. They told me they’d require a week to prepare the car for transferring to my name.
A week passed and they suddenly told me that the cars previous owner was blacklisted and they can’t transfer the name. I found it all very suspicious so I checked up on the so called summons using the PDRM check summons app. And to my suspicions, I was right there were no summons. So I confronted them and they kept on giving excuses after excuses.
They insisted on refunding me my deposit, and insisted I do so. Now 2 weeks later, I’ve actually seen the car I paid a booking for on the road with its new owner. And upon asking him whether he bought it from them, he said yes. He paid 13k for the car which was slightly higher than the price I agreed upon with them.
They’re willing to waste all my time just to make a bit more money. That shows you how things are done at CASSA AUTO. Booking don’t mean anything, they’ll lie and lie to make money.
Please stay away from this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought a car with salesman named Ah Jun, totally bad experience ever. As per agreed with fully services and guaranted all in good condition before handle over the car. After paid FULL CASH and get the car in this condition at last - totally battery died (2018 - 2022, yes, 4yrs never change!) , steering malfunction even with no horn, door rubber aging, tyres almost burst, and 4 absorbers broken!! Returned the car to them and leave for them to check taken 3days, ask myself to bear the new battery charges. Okay, since needed the car and forced to pay, and that's it! Nothings other to be done repair!! Even need myself to drive to service centre and bear for all these servicing and repair for 3k+. Get car for 1mth and end up with no car to drive, really waste of time!!
Plus, purchase till now 1mth passed, have no idea why still hold my car grant and roadtax and didnt reply. Really ridiculous!! Regret to deal with this shop, guys pls take note and AVOID to buy with them!!
