★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proceed with caution when buying from them, inspira offer is rm33.5k with 45K mileage, but when check with proton service center, the mileage is 210,000km. But they still have the guts to say that the mileage is 45k only. Bunch of liars, and the 5 starts review below is from their staff. make many account and post 5 star review

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this company 0 stars if I the app would allow me - but have had to go with 1 star instead.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - they are very poor customer service, spare key doesn't work, car battery is low, warranty is invalid unless I pay an extra 1100rm for it... They lied to me about giving me a warranty and now tell me in order to get a warranty I have to pay an extra 1100rm.
They switch parts around from different cars - they offered to switched out good seats, I think they switched the battery, as mine is always low now I have taken it home, but on tests drives it was fine..... unless it was because they always got the car for me and had already started it before I test drove it?
When I tried to contact them to sort it out they don't answer their phones, they only communicate via what's app then they stop communicating completely. I have tried many times to get them to sort out my issues, but they don't reply.
They have awful customer service, unless everything is working fully.
My advice is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.... but if you must - take photos of the battery, engine, mileage, check the spare key works before you leave, ask to start the car yourself - preferably after it has rested for a while. Make sure they give you full paperwork with all the details of the sale and signed it - I was expecting to receive my paperwork back but they didn't give it to me.
