β β β β β Unprofessional and irresponsible staff and doctor, they been taking money from customers for useless things. Today my friend send their cat to be treated after their cat fall from third floor apartment. Firstly they ask my friend to pay some dip posit RM100 then they said we will treat the cat. After awhile thereβs no news from the shop about their cat so my friend call the shop and with no sense of responsibility they said that they didnβt not care for the cat yet while the cat is in a very serious condition. When my friend go to the shop and take their cat my friend ask for the dip posit back cause they donβt treat the cat yet then the staff said those money have been use for cleaning the cat such as nails cutting fur cleaning and else but not the injured part. For me this is the worst place to send your pet. Sadly my friend had lost their catβs life because they didnβt get immediate treatment after the incident. So in humane as to ignore things like this, this unprofessional attitude is so frustrating.

β β β β β Be careful,this is not a certified vet.cats were sick everytime i sent for boarding.have stopped sending ever since.there are good vets and boarding place in Kota Damansara.go elsewhere
