這家店為了賺錢，把貓咪當成產物，說是屬於一人財產而不實施優惠。因為這家店full booking所以我決定分批帶我的貓去grooming，但是因為第二天的booking不是under我的名字，根據他們網頁的tnc應該是分批計算優惠，可是第二天進門cashier說是同一家地址所以不算？？那我是不是分家離婚不同地方養貓都要跟你報備？
第一天我帶我的兩隻貓去洗澡，放了貓差不多一個小時後再回來發現他們是把貓咪放在鐵籠裡面吹的，而且員工知道貓害怕吹風機的聲音也會為了快速完工持續吹，我的貓都被嚇到出現瞳孔放大，吐舌頭喘氣的應激反應了
第二天我家人帶的貓咪在carrier裡面緊張失禁，帶進門得到的是員工的嫌棄，不耐煩地說你家的貓失禁。貓咪本來就是對環境很敏感的，作為貓咪grooming服務的店難道沒辦法解決這種問題嗎？ 而且說什麼優惠不提供給同一家人（因為前一天我們是一起光顧）可booking slot是分開的而且時間也已經確定了，貓帶上門的時候才說沒有優惠？我把我家孩子帶過去就是為了得到合理的照顧，員工的這種反應真的會讓很擔心，況且他們還提供住宿服務。
之後我發信息反應，他們卻說為了店家利益可以臨時修改tnc，還說我多貓家庭的關係貓只是屬於我一人財產，我的家人名義不算？那為什麼一開始就不說明還接booking？很明顯你的商家利益不建立與服務之上.
