★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my 2 cats for grooming (Royal Splash and Sea Mud Treatment). They came back well-groomed: smells good, shiny fur/coat, well-trimmed. One of the cats (feisty one) previously always screaming anxiously while in car no matter if the journey takes 10 mins or 2 hours. But after grooming session, she can stay very calm on my lap until we reached home, which is so shocking for us. Definitely gonna repeat the session here. Thanks for the good service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best experience ever hantar kucing grooming kt catzonia. Ikut SOP waktu covid ni. Yg penting staff sgt friendly and experience. Handle both of my cat patiently. Did lion cut here and they did it perfectly without any harm to your cat. This was the first time my cat having a lion cut and a good one. Issue masalah bulu bergumpal bawah badan pun settle wihout any cuts. Terbaik. If your cat are agressive they will be patient with your cats and not force them. Surely will come again for next groom session.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend! Had royal splash treatment. The staffs are super friendly! the place is very cozy. i love the smell of my cat when she gets back from her session. and she is really clean! They even let us have the video when they are bathing my cat. love it! will certainly send my cat again for another session. ?

I also send Tommy for boarding but the only problem is that he doesn’t want to come home! ?? he really loves the staff there and his friends. Thank you catzonia for the great hospitality! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is actually the second time I came to Catzonia Bangi. I actually impressed with the staff's service when I came there for the first time with another cat (deceased now), as she is diagnosed with FIV, chronic kidney and gum disease. But they handled her amazingly even with her conditions.
Thus I came for the second time with another cat and still impressed with the results and hospitality of the staffs. Her fur looks much nicer and very soft after the treatment, even she looks so comfortable with it. Definitely will suggest to others and come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very satisfied with the service at catzonia! They updated and sent a video of my cat while grooming which is comforting and it shows they’re confident with their service. The shampoo they use also smells amazing and they also advised us on what to do in the future as they unfortunately found earmites. Would definitely come again and recommend, 10/10 no complains :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there for day-care, boarding, & grooming services. I must say Catzonia is the best choice ever to send your cat there. The services provided is very tip top. The staffs are so friendly.
Boarding experience- My cat was taken care in a very good condition. The staff also sent video to keep the owner updated. The place is clean too. Most important thing, my cat is remain healthy. Good job Catzonia’s staff!
Grooming experience- My cat is become so beautiful, smell very nice, the fur is very soft. I chose aromatic salt bath, definitely my best choice ever. Again, Good job Catzonia’s staff.
