★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vet is generally okay, but they only have one check-up room. This means if some of the appointments went longer, then it'll probably affect other's appointment time as well. But they wont let you know the delay so you just have to wait patiently - I had to wait for more than 1 hour one time. Although, I had once set an appointment at their opening hour, but still had to wait for 30 mins because I wasn't the first customer to reach there (eventho I wasn't late as per my appointment time, but it is what it is). The doctors seems to have different practice as well, for example some doctors might check my cats' temperatures and other conditions, but some do not before proceed to check-in for grooming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this vet, I purposely come all the way here from Sg. Chua because this vet treats cats very lovingly. My cat accidentally peed in her carrier also they helped clean, not like other vet I've been. Some vet very obviously only want money, this one is not, they're very genuine, passionate & friendly. This is the 2nd cat I've had, both I send here for vaccination & anything they need. Thumbs up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors here are amazing and lovely. My cats were all treated here. Price are affordable. Dr handled my cat thoroughly and updated the owner on your cat's progress. But do allow them some time to respond to your message as they were super busy. Overall i'm so happy i found them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Alynn and Dr Adila was so amazing on treating my cats. Last few days, i went to the clinic for my cat vaccination and spaying. I truly value and appreciate the clinic services and care that has been provided by them. By far, this is wonderful vet clinic near to my housing area.
You just call or WhatsApp to make an appointment and come at on time. Waiting just few minutes. Then your turn will come. Waiting a few minutes is not a big issue for me. The female staff nurse also very sweet and polite as well.
