β β β β β Had a terribly bad experience in this outlet, their customer service is rude and no manners. Especially the sales girl on duty at 7.30pm on 27/12/2020. Initially we were served by a sales man and looking at a 3+2 sofa, and then this sales girl coming to us by showing & talking rude to us. This was because she have ready customer wanted to buy the same sofa too & purposely kick off her colleague's customer.
Me and my family wouldn't visit this outlet anymore.

β β β β β Regretted my purchase at Cavenzi for premium quality wardrobes that costs almost RM5000. It is my first and last purchase at Cavenzi Balakong, they bring in broken wardrobes without checking, left us waiting for few weeks to discover another defect which they accused customer of spoiling the items. Such an irresponsible attitude by the warehouse supervisor & the lorry driver that manipulates the situation. When they came again, they did not settle the issue fully, instead they said the noise door rollers are normal.
Bear in mind this is premium quality wardrobe by Yama. They take in 100% payment before delivery only to keep us begging them to repair this brand new item. If you guys don't want to be in my shoes, reconsider your purchase from this branch.
Wasted one month plus just for a simple delivery of a wardrobe.

β β β β β don't buy from here.. bought sofa 7 months ago and the seam was torn. Still under warranty but they charge transportation cost for RM150. My house is just 5km from the factory in balakong. And the staff name Nor, she is so rude!
