They always sell their products at Home Fair, Furniture Fair.
Bought mattress, bed frame and wardrobe from Mid Valley Exhibition.
Mattress and bed frame quality is ok ok BUT the wardrobe is WORST quality. Door cannot close properly and got some fungus. Called person in charge and promised to exchange. BUT nothing happens, whatsapp him, said will check and deliver, wait wait wait... no news. Whatsapp to ask, totally NO REPLY.
Waited for 4 months, until now nothing from them.
I JUST GIVE UP.
I hope everyone DO NOT FALL in their sweet promises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only walk in if you really really really want to buy, otherwise, you'll get a word of "wasting time" from their staff. This happened when we told the staff that we're actually still under consideration at the end, and he just continue pushing hard to ask us to place order, we refused and he turned to black face and said wasting time to us. Well trained staff tho. Won't visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad after sales, VERY RUDE customer services. Paid full for 2 sets of custom-made bed, 1 set was wrongly made. The staff and manager gave a thousand of reasons upon requesting status of order - flood, CNY, factory close for 2 weeks after CNY — u name it. The so-called manager, Ben, even had the audacity advising us to just use the mattress without the bed frame that we fully paid for. DO NOT BUY with them, choose other professional furniture shop that hires people with brains.
