โ โ โ โ โ Cb keong staff is very rude. when i call to get info regarding my parcel from kl to kk. the lady at kl branch who answered my call sounded very rude. she sound like not interested to talk with the customer who is calling them to get the parcel detail. one more thing, i havent finish my question, she just hung up the phone.
Dear CB Keong, i hope your management will do something about this matter in the future. I really hope your management can send your staff to attend customer service course. To learn how to answer the phone, learn about soft skill, and be more well manered. thank you so much.
