★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite an upbeat area with majority of IT companies occupying the upper floors of the complex.. a variety of eateries will ensure you will not be bored to try something new everyday.. you have Malay-style dishes if not mietaken at least 2 Kelantanese restaurant, plenty of arab restaurants e.g Culinary Pleasures, chinese muslim eatery, fusion and mix food options eastern + western by puffy buffy, also bank i.e Bank Islam, mini market, kindergarten.. in short a thriving area but at the same time still a number of shop lots unoccupied due to oversupply

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The start/finish point for The Great Malaysia Marathon 2019.Like this area for its wide roads and ample parking. However, parking is not free. (,Fortunately the Great Malaysia Marathon was held on a Sunday). Otherwise, a place well maintained. Clean roads and well trimmed hedges and plants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman at the parking management letting my car in by opening the barrier gate without me touching my touch&go card bcoz my balance was RM5, it stated there obviously the 1st hour is free. She also asked me to go to her office bfore letting my car out. Later, when I went, she asked me to pay RM3. I merely there, like less than 15mins trying to find inexistent AirAsia office. Stupid parking, stupid me & stupid Google map????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place for a corporate office, a few numbers of corporate office are available there, great to see that there have a parking lot and entrance for the people who are a handicap.
There have some Malaysian restaurant, a Mamak, one or two Arabic restaurant and Pakistani restaurant are available.
CBD Perdana recently brings the card system for parking, may you have to pay Rm120 for a month if you are interested to park your car without reserve parking. Rm30 per month for motorbike ?
