Medical students frequently visited the place, working healtcare workers usually bought online, no time to visit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good in term of selling products and product quality (5 star) but I apologize the service is bad when the product has its faulty and poor customer service in WhatsApp either late reply or No reply. Its not about selling products alone. You should also be responsible to guide them/ return their product their to respective company for repair. I was disappointed when the cashier ask me to send it to company where I never had any contact before (third person). But anyway thanks for you're service. Not here to condemn but i felt bad for it. It was my job to repair my littmann classic 3 so I took the initiative to do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered scrubs for my staffs twice and both had silly mistakes. Initially wrong logo details and this time wrong logo position despite being told earlier, then once items ready we received wrong scrubs size and these cause longer time to settle one’s order, excluding their off, off and off. Buck up your system and ‘agents’ capability and work effectiveness!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It got a lot of fashion choices and the price is reasonable. They accept cashless payment to which is a big plus and that alone deserved 5 star but...
I went there at 12pm sharp and no one was inside when I rang the bell and noticed the “closed” sign so I waited outside for 30 minutes to see the sign still left unturned. Then I rang the bell once more and greeted by one of the staffs.
I wanted 6 of ash grey scrubs which they confirmed they have in stock just to be told before paying that someone just ordered it online and I cannot have it. So, in my opinion, it is better to order online since online customers are the priority compared to walk in customers.
