β β β β β I am rather disappointed by the pedicure I received. I took the basic pedicure without gel/colour. The manicurist is very nice and friendly.
However, I had to ask her to clean under the nails because she finished without doing it, she didn't treat or push back the cuticles, the nail edges are still rough and rather uneven, and the surface also quite rough. I feel like I have to do a pedicure again by myself.
Perhaps the gel colour services would have been better. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed by the basic pedicure.

β β β β β Had a pleasant first visit and had beautiful nails for my dinner event so I called to make an appointment for Thursday 27th January at 5pm for my Chinese New Year nails but an emergency occurred and I was unable to make the appointment. As I understand the period is close to Chinese New Year Holidays, I knew the salon was going to be full, so I called to inform them of my tardiness and was assured that the soonest I can do my nails is at night and that I can come at any time that night as a walk-in but I would have to wait. As soon as I completed my errands I came all the way from Kuala Lumpur City Centre to Sri Petaling amidst the jam just to do my nails as I was told that I can do them tonight. Reached the place after an hour in the jam just to be told that they are full for the night and will be until Saturday, which by then I will be in my hometown. They failed to inform me this on the phone and wasted close to 2 hours of my time and 60ringgit of grab for absolutely nothing. Incredibly unprofessional and I will not be returning ever.
