β β β β β This is our first time getting facial treatment. Imagine 2 boys came in knowing nothing and let them poke all the blackheads they can find. LoL. The staffs are friendly tho. Ambience is i dont know how to prescribe. But all is nice and serene. No hard sell and no forcing any purchase. Thank you for the service.

β β β β β I went in for a facial and I loved it. She was very professional and would communicate and explain to me what she was going to do. I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial with her. My skin felt great after and I would for sure go back with her for another facial.and I almost fall asleep haha.

β β β β β The facial was okay, went for basic cleaning and extraction (RM 88). During the process, the beautician keep convincing me to upgrade add-ons to become RM 150. I rejected, then they ask me to upgrade to RM 260 light treatment and ampoules which I also rejected. They managed to convince my mom to upgrade to RM 298 treatment from RM 88...... After the treatment, the manager keep hard selling me and my mom different packages, like offering me RM 1088 unlimited extraction package, then RM 500 package, and so on which I rejected all. When paying, the manager was super aggressive and keep trying to make my mom add on RM 500 then RM 300 then RM 200, which I needed to help my mom say no.... Then the manager gave an offended surprised face and finally proceed to my payment. Its just crazy like you can simply change the prices when rejected, is there no standard??? Do the manager simply make the package prices? I came here because of all the good reviews, thinking there is no hard selling. I absolutely hate hard selling, if the service is good I will naturally return, plz do not force me to buy packages..... We left with such bad impression and bitter taste. Will definitely not return.
