★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Paul, the nurses and the rest of the staff are professional in their job and provide very good customer experience to us. This is crucial especially hospitalisation is usually a time of distress and we appreciate this level of service.
Dr Paul is such a jovial person who send out positive vibes especially to the patient. He will lay out all the available options to us in a way which layman can understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Paul has great technical and interpersonal skills. I had stage 3b cancer and he was my primary physician. I’m now stage 0. He recommended a good oncologist and he performed successful surgery on me. I’d recommend him to anyone. I even sent my wife to him for a GI scope.

Besides that, Dr Paul do explain on the procedure carried out and ensure the well being of the patient. The advices given by him and the warm greetings during each appointment made it easier and comfortable for us to approach him.

To me, Dr Paul is a very comforting, professional and friendly doctor. He is confident and explained the situation clearly to me (I am the sort that need lots of info).

I am glad I chose Gleneagles Hospital to treat me for my hernia. I was admitted immediately and scheduled for surgery the following afternoon. I must thank Dr Paul, the surgeon and his team performed the surgery, after an hour I was out of surgery, everything went well. I am grateful to Dr. Paul and his team. I was discharged the next day. I must add the staff were polite & nurses caring. Keep up the good work.
