โ โ โ โ โ I bought flowers on Thursday, 6th May. On Friday, 2 of my gerberas started snapping off from the stalks and 1 rose bud rotted. By Saturday more gerberas snapped off... on Sunday, I messaged the florist but my complaint was ignored. But perhaps by putting this review for all to see, I might just get a response.....

Even on very last minute customized request, CCH florists are able to fulfill and exceeded expectations especially with the WhatsApp emoji printout! 10/10 highly recommended.

I was googling for a florist to send a wreath in Malacca (as I am based in Singapore) and I chanced upon CCH Florist. I WhatsApp them if they can deliver to a particular address as I am not sure if it is possible due to Covid situation and I got a reply from Kim almost immediately. The ordering process is a breeze and Kim is just so awesome. She responded very quickly as she know I need to send the wreath to the wake the next day and she helped me to complete the process as soon as I sent her the required details. So I submitted the order yesterday night and the wreath was delivered to the wake this morning! The flowers are very fresh and the wreath is beautifully arranged. I am totally impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Kim and CCH Florist.
