★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly cheap (I pay 170Rm per month and now they have a promotion for 140 per month for a year) with lots of machines but unfortunately this has caused a huge amount of people to sign up so that in the evening it has become nearly impossible to do a proper exercise, there are sometimes 2-3 people waiting on a particular machine. And the management is apparently not stopping with new signups. I don't know when this can stop, when all you can do is run around the gym and do pushups? Going in the locker rooms is also a pain since there is a thousand people there. Not a very pleasant experience. The weekends are nice (at least in the afternoon) and you can always try going early in the morning over the weekdays. Evenings are unfortunately not really an option any more for me. Shame as that's normally the most optimal time for me to work out...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This a perfectly clean gym with brand new equipment and tons of different equipment / class options. Ignoring the other reviews I came to check it out and was glad I did. They offer a free day trial to test out the place, and the prices are otherwise extremely reasonable for what you get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time coming to this branch. Nu sentral one is more spacious. There’s only one studio for classes. I think they need to replace/upgrade those all old equipments. Staff was friendly and nice.
